    Resolved [RESOLVED] Extra reputation gem

    Hi,

    I have a question about the reputation gems in the FAQ in says:

    So using RobDog again as an example to calculate someone's rep power:

    * 1 point as default = 1 +
    * zero multiples of 1,000 rep points = 0 +
    * 5 multiples of 4,000 counted posts = 5 +
    * 4 complete years on VBForums = 4

    = 10 points rep power.
    However, I have just passed 4,000 counted posts and I have been a member of vbforums for eight years, I didn't get an increase in reputation.

    Has that changed? If so could someone update the information in Penagate's thread

    Thanks,

    Nightwalker

    Re: Extra reputation gem

    You now give one more point when you rate somebody else. Your own reputation is not changed in any way.

    Re: Extra reputation gem

    Ah ok! So if the number of points a normal user with less then 4, 000 posts could give was 1 then a normal user with 4000+ posts could give 2. That makes sense!
    when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
