    form of death certificate

    gud evening to all, can you help us for our software engineering. we are doing a system in the hospital we need to do the data report for the death and birth certificate. can you give me a site to download the data report of the said software i need? thanks a lot

    I have wasted a good four minutes in trying to make sense of your post.
    If you are developing a software for a hospital, the hospital management will define the reports for you.

    If you are using a software and there is no report, you need to ask the developers to create one for you.
