Anybody know about Quicktate API?

Hi All,

I'm working on a project where I need to transcribe voicemail to text message.
I need to use quicktate api for voicemail transcription.
I've gone through Quicktate api (http://quicktate.com/quicktate/api.html) ,but they have not given example of how to integrate/use methods to submit voice/audio files.

does anybody know about this api or how to use methods of this api?
