Finding the connection speed and bytes send/received (win9X/VB5)

I want to be able to get the information that is seen in the dial-up connection box when you are connected. how do I go about this in VB5??

EX:

Connected at 31,200 bps
Duration: 000:58:34
Bytes received: 26,074
Bytes sent: 3,450
