How can i transfer a form successfully from one project to another without messing anything up ?

copy the designer.vb , .resx and .vb files of the form that you want to replace from your old project (You will get these files not within the bin folder but in the folder within which the bin folder of your project is present) and paste it to the new project in the folder where the bin folder(not within the bin folder but in the folder within which the bin folder of your project is present) is present
