Adding New Users

Does any one know how to add new users to NT/2000, either local or a remote server?

I'm on W2K but from what I remember about NT 4, click on start, programs, choose Adminstrator Tools and select User's Policy(? something about users and groups?),there should be something on the form about addinga new user. On Windows 2000, open the control panel. Click on Users and Passwords. Click the advanced tab and click the Advanced button. Click on the suers folder. In the right pane, right click and select new user...No matter which operating system you choose, you will have to logged on as an administrator to add, update, or delete users.
