I have a general question & maybe someone knows of a good resource for an answer.
I've been to sites that take your user info and then automatically email you a generated username & password. It also sets up the user permissions in the background so that username & pw combo is valid.
How does this work? Is this a major pain to get going?
I have a site that I would like to sell paid access to, but not sit there all day creating accounts for people.
How do they get that whole process automated??
Anyone know about this or know of any good articles online about it?
