I need to populate a form with certain attributes based on a .dbf file (C:\GIS\PARCEL TOOL\02012010\Parcel_Tool.dbf). You would enter a number for example (R12345) in the "ENTER PARCEL NUMBER: listview box, click ok then the form will auto populate all of the listview boxes.
