I came acrossTHIS SITE (http://home.worldonline.be/~gerarkel/humour/americansonline/) and if this is really true, then I feel smart whenever I'm on the net!

It's really funny how all these people can be so stupid!!

Since many people here are programmers, this will make you feel good about yourself (it did for me)

P.S. Take the Geek Quiz Here (http://home.worldonline.be/~gerarkel/humour/geekquiz/) and see how geeky you are! (I'm 58% :D :D :D)

Hahaha :D man that is funny.... to be fair, though, and assuming that it's true, they must have chosen a bunch of valley girls and whatever you call the male equivalents, especially since they all thought AOL ran the net ;)

I should be in:

You bark at people when they interrupt your programming. You built your own computer.

Because I do and I have many times.

I'm only 53% geeky (You can just about co-exist with computers. You know that if you don't hurt them, they probably won't hurt you.) which is rubbish coz I am definately: "You hate the way Windows is so constrictive for a power-user like you."

Perhaps it should be shorten to "You hate Windows"...

Ok... I am 70% on that quiz. I should be higher as I somewhat dislike Windows(AND HOW IT'S SO BLOODY SLOW!!!)... Because of this, I am going to put all of my programming strength into building my own OS(on top of DOS).

Really? That sounds really interesting.. Is it going to be a more user friendly GUI?

chrismitchell, you seem interested in my OS. Want to help? I need helper programmers because it's alot of work. I'll write some more in the "Project Requests" forum. check it out there. (Making an OS. Now that's pretty geeky as well).

to conquerdude

Why in the source code of that page, at the bottom, it states "edited by conquerdude - edited 3/17/2001 - 05:29 PM"? Are you cheating?

By the way, 59%, but I not only know the meaning of EEPROM, I also usually program them (both serial and parallel ones)

And finally, Wow! Don't Americans use the Argentine Peso ($) for commercial transactions?

I had 89%...

Juan: When editing posts the forum does not calculate the correct time for your time zone I think.

Am I the only one who got 100%, or am I the only one brave enough to admit it?
