ActiveX HTML Editor in a web page

This is my first shot at ActiveX and ActiveX pluging for Internet Explorer.

I am looking to create an AX plugin for IE5 which acts as an editor. I want a little window embedded into the form on a web page where the user can edit text using Microsoft Word style controlls (bold, underline, center, tables). When the user submits the form it takes everything in the window and convertes it to HTML and posts though the form to the web server.

Any design ideas to get me started or tutorials to look at?
