Why not just use a normal free ISP with Linux?

The Thing Here...is Free ISP support only windows..
They only give a Windows dialer....which send
something to the server before actually connecting...
Now if we try it like normal Paid ISP's where we just
Give our login and Password Information....It wont work..
I tried one of my country's Free ISP...was Never able to connect from linux.

Strange. Here most ISPs use the normal Windows dialler, and as such can be used from Linux. Every ISP I've used works with Linux, both free and not-free.
