error in running database connectivity in .exe file

iam working with vb projects,, made a .exe file and compiled it fine using INNO scipting,,, it cld run,
bt while clicking to open form which contained data retriving( used MS ACCCESS as my backend for my database) it gave me error saing..

this connection cannot be used to perform this opeartion. it is either closed or invalid in this context..

while compiling i ve also included my database file and my reporting files..

how to proceed... need hlp..

Does the program work correctly before you create the setup package? If not I would think this thread needs to be moved the visual basic forum. Could you also post your source code and the required files so someone here could try and create the setup for you.
