Looking for a BETA tester using Microsoft ME for a horseracing program. This VB program accesses online toteboards and determines optimal wagers. If you're a programmer, I'll even supply raw code so you can suggest a fix. Currently, it locks up on ME machines, but not on my MS 98 machine.
