Disconnecting

Does anyone have a code to disconnect someone from the internet?

because I am making an internet time sort of project which keeps track of the amount of time spent online, but the user can select it to disconnect them after a certain time is reached in 1 internet session but I can not work out how to disconnect the user from the internet can someone help?
