Manipulating 3D Images and Bmps

I would like to manipulate 3D images Bmps using Api 's how can I Do it. Like chaning views etc.

nah, i think he wants to make a bitmap with pixels in three dimensions then manipulate it somehow, using some kind of weird api's and then change the view, you know, when you... change the view, clicking the view menu and then change.. and thats it.

btw i think i found that api
