Help me Make an Application Icon from Company Logo

Hi people,
i need some one to help me and make me an icon from a logo of a company i am developing an app for.
Is there some one so that i provide the logo.
I will be gratefull.

search online for an bmp/jpg/png/gif to ico converter there are free ones all over the net. I also once found one that did it online for you.

Forgot to add you must make sure the logo is perfectly squard because don't forget that ico ares:

16x16
24x24 or
32x32
