    Hyperterminal data

    Hi..
    I am new to VB. I am very confused. I am good in java. But solution of my problem is not easy in java.
    The data that is coming on hyperterminal from a remote computer(connected through dial up modem on hyperterminal), I want to save that data in database as well for reference. Plz send me some code in VB6 for solving my problem.

    Would you like to try VB.NEt instead? The built in serial port resources will go a long way in helping you achieve your objective. You can try this serial port code that I am using too http://www.innovatic.dk/knowledg/SerialCOM/MaxiCOM.zip
