Okay, i've been under a rock for a couple of days (or rather I simply don't come into Chit Chat) but what has this Nukem person actually done? I only found 1 deflamatory comment he made, yet everyone seems to have gone mentalist at him...

He has made MUCH more than one offensive post. Look in the 'should we injure nukem' and the '(cr/h)acker prevention' thread....
