im trying to set up a connection to my MSSQL server in VS2008 however i get the following error:

the type initializer for " Microsoft.VisualStudio.DataDesign.SyncDesigner.SyncFacade.SyncTableConfigManager"
Threw an exception

can anyone shed some light on what is causing this??
