Please can any-one help? When exporting a Crystal Report I do not get all the required Destination options. I only get Disk File and Application. How do I include Exchange Folder, Microsoft Mail (MAPI) and Lotus Domino to be included. I understand that the programs need to be available but can't get them to show.
