[VB6] Connect 'Em [EXE + SOURCE]

Hi :wave:
After playing with arrays i decided to make this game :)
This is a simple game where you need to click on colored circles (you need to click on circle that have near a same colored circle) :)
The code has many comments so you can understand this :D

There's a small glitch:
Are the colors are shifted when the window repaints?
When I move the window fast enough, the colors shuffle.
