Does to computer that is running the report have the barcode font installed on it? If not, Windows will use a font that it considers as being close.

    Re: Barcode problem

In your setup program, be sure to include the barcode font so it's installed into Windows and registered to the system registry. I'm pretty sure Crystal needs it properly registered to work. Just dragging it into the Font directory may not be enough.

To make sure the font is registered, open up your font directory in Windows Explorer. Click "File->Install New Font". Use the ancient Windows 3.1 style interface to choose where your fonts are, select them and install them. This will not only copy them into the Fonts directory, but will also register them in the system registry.

P.S... and if ANYONE at Microsoft is reading this: You REALLY NEED to upgrade that dialog for Windows 7!!! As of the beta, it was STILL the SAME one!
