    Hi,
    I am a newbie visual basic programmer. I need a book on visual basic internet programming for beginners that uses the controls shipped with visual basic like winsock and webbrowser control. recently a book was reveiwed in this site which uses third party components. I dont need that . I want to learn to use the controls that are shipped with vb5

    you know what?

    ibdon't buy books.. i took all the info totally from the net itself. Browse the net first before thinking of buying a book. You might find it hard reading text in computer screens but you'll get use to it..
