'Mark this forum as read'
Under thread tools when I click 'Mark this forum read' it doesn't do anything.
Thought I'd mention it since there was a major upgrade recently

You're talking about the Forum Tools menu, and believe it or not I had never opened that menu before, but what would you expect that selection to do?

Re: 'Mark this forum as read'
Until this week it would mark the forum (I use it on the Visual Basic.Net forum) threads as read and redirect you to the vbforums.com homepage.

It still works, it just doesn't re-direct you.
Any unread threads will go from having a bolded title to being unbolded. I have noticed that it can take a couple of seconds to do that, so I would recommend leaving the page open until the change happens.

What I usually do is first thing in the morning (get to work) is check the vb.net section and mark that forum as read then I click the 'New Posts' link at the top to check everything else. The last couple of days I'll do that but when I click the 'New Posts' the vb.net one's still show up in the list when they shouldn't. Does is it because it takes the DB a few seconds to update itself or something? The lack of a page refresh/redirect doesn't matter to me.
Additionally, I just tested it with the vb6 forum and that worked fine so either somethings changed or it works for the vb6 but not the vb.net

Yes, just wait until the thread titles are non-bold (typically a second or two, but may take longer if the site is busy).
