[RESOLVED] Program shuts down unexpectantly
Hi,
Last month I bought the academic version of Adobe Creative Suite 4! However, in the past few days when I needed to practice using Photo Shop I'd load the program and the image I wanted to work on, start editing it then say 5 minutes later the program quits expectantly. This has happen about 5 times now and it has me worried! The sticker on the box says no refunds. What can I do to remedy the situation.
I haven't yet tested Dream Weaver CS4 or the other CS4 programs but I hope it's not a software problem.
Edit:
I have the software installed on my pc running Vista and has a 1TB hard drive!
Thanks,
Nightwalker

Re: Program shuts down unexpectantly
The first message I receive after loading photo shop is:
Adobe CS4 Photo Shop Extended
Photo Shop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled GPU enhancements.
I don't think this that has anything to do with the problem but I'm not sure! While I use the Vanishing Point filter in Photo Shop I receive Windows.

This thread can be "Resolved" for now! The problem seems to fix itself. Although, I'm still unsure how it did so I think I downloaded a file during my last Windows Update that fixed the problem.
