Since this forum is mainly VB.Net why not make VB.Net the top language in that section?

Sorry for this critical issue but I would like to up it anyway. :)

Sounds like a good suggestion to me. :thumb:
Maybe as part of the final tasks of the upgrade hopefully

At the moment it VB.Net is second on the list in "Code Bank" and it is easy for people to find! Why do you want to change it?

I think I have stated the reason in my first post.

Codebank forums should probably follow the main forums ordering.
We wouldnt want a FoxPro at the top of codebank now would we?

Because .NET sucks, that's why. :D

So! That would not make any real difference to the position it
is now. I agree with Rob the ordering should be the same as the main forum sections so it is to navigate.

You in contradictory with my reason and yet you agree with Rob whilst I think Rob and I are on the same position?

That's only if they change the order of the main forums and put ".Net" rather than "VB 6.0". Sorry, I was referring to Rob's second post! If the forums can't be change then I think they should remain as they are now if they can well change the order.

It only takes a minute or less to reorder the forums with a single click but the point is that you dont want to be changing things around often as it condfuses members as they get used to where things were etc. (members do complain alot you now ehn things are iritating for them) So we should only make schanges when necessary and after a forum upgrade is a good time as everyone is expecting change.

.NET Codebank forums and then VB6 and the rest :thumb:
