Information about LINQ?
Hi
me and my group have implemented a system on VB which is a type of database.
A new entry can be added, and saved. Existing entries can be loaded. And information can be searched and displayed.
I have attached some images for a better understand of what it looks like.
Now that the hard part is over, I am stuck on something that I thought would be quite easy.
I have been asked to create a report assessing the usefulness of LINQ. Assessing to what extent making use of LINQ would have affected the implementation of the system....
This has confused me, as we used LINQ to create the queries for the search facility, and we also used this for the XML serialization. To me this doesnt make sense.. its as if this is asking how it affected it in a disadvantage kind of way... or its almost as if it is saying "how could making use of LINQ affect your system?" ... well i have made use of LINQ...
Does anyone know how I would go about this? Does anyone think that I am approaching this in the wrong way??
