Why don't posts delete after I tell it to?

And also, when I was coming to this forum it just stopped loading :confused: all it showed was the blue banners.

to delete a post instead of putting a check next to DELETE and then clicking SUBMIT at the bottom

you put a check, and then click DELETE to the right of the check:
