Hi, I was hoping someone could help me please. I am a 2nd line support engineer and I have been given the task to find the solution to a problem we are having.

The problem is running any reports within crystal reports 10, I have tried numerous reports which all give the same error message across numerous different pc's.

The error is 'The database DLL 'crdb_odbc.dll' could not be loaded'

We did have one laptop that run CR10 fine but now this has failed we are stuck and we need to run the reports.

I have no knowledge of programming so im lost with this problem and was hoping someone could help me please?
