I have been offer to put a banner for a local company on my site but I don't know how much I should be payed for that.

I'm thinking of taking a annual fee, but how much. Does anybody have any experience on this.

My site gets around 30 hits/day.

If I remember correctly, about a year ago it was about US$20-30 per thousand hits per month. However, I thought that companies were going to click-though billing. That is, you would charge the company maybe $1 every time someone clicks the banner and goes to their site.

An annual fee would be easiest, though...
