hi. I need to open my online store to sell my scripts and applications. I want to allow the purchasers to download the program they purchased. I searched for the proper script and i found www.oscommerce.com. It contains all features that I need. but the problem now with the merchant account to accept Visa and master cards...etc I searched alot for some sites offer it for outside america. I didn't found any else than Yahoo:
http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/ecommerce/

My Questions:
1) what is required to open my own merchant account in yahoo ?
2) How much money I have to pay, to create the whole site with merchant...etc ?
3) Is yahoo plan allow me to use OSCommerce instead of their own ready software? Is their software allow users to download the items that they purchased?
4) How I get my money? where are they going when some one purchased from my site?

Thank's in advance

I believe Yahoo Commerce is something like a competitor to OSCommerce. Yahoo Commerce lets you use their services for the actual purchase while your site can have static pages that simply link to Yahoo Commerce pages.

OSCommerce is a full site meant for showcasing your product and performing the purchase on one server.

So I suppose the answers to your questions depend on what path you will choose (you can't use OSCommerce on Yahoo's Merchant websites, it defeats their purpose)
