Please suggest Book For Create Internet games

I want to create Games Online . Like Reversi or Heart in Yahoo. Now I can use ASP but never create game. Someone tell me to create games with Server Side slower than Client Side (javascript or vbscript and I want VBScript if I can). I don't have any experient for games program. Please suggest me to find a good book.( To night I try to find it for along time but I can't). Thanks

I myself don't use books :)
I just figure it out for myself, or toddle on over to www.google.com and search for whatever it is I'm trying to do.

You could also try to learn Java, and perhaps make a game in that...:)

You could play around with the winsock control for a start if you are only planning on creating small board games. I find the control acts a bit strange sometimes, but it is all you need for boardgames and suff.

If you plan on making real time games, and not turn based, find another way, I know that DirectX has DirectPlay (i think its called) and it would be better for real time stratagy/3d shooter, type games.
