WHen I'm trying to create a new project then i only get an error message like this:


I got the same message with the express version of visual basic 2008 so i d-loaded 90day trial of visual studio 2008 professional and ding I have AGAIN the same problem.

I have had microsoft visual studio 2008 b4 but my trial expired and didn't find keygen so i removed it (last spring) Everything worked witout problems. Bus could it be the express edition?

I AM admin and I HAVE ran it as admin and i dont have the permission to registry keys in regedit. Only the visual studio registry keys. And I'm the ONLY user and have ADMIN RIGHTS. Only 1 m-fing account on the whole computer.

I'm using windows "High security" Vista home Premium.

I said "high security" because you need permission to almost everything in vista!
