I should try to make a code that reads the data coming through serial port and then places it in a variable or in a file...please give me some cookies/ready code... :)

I don`t know how and where from to add the mscomm control. I do have got familiar with that control, but I´m not quite sure if it possible to add it (from the Tools?), because the version I am using is Learning Edition, and "Add procedure" is not available (it´s text is grey). Or do I maybe have some settings off that would enable adding procedures? I´m only a beginner at the moment, I´m only capable to do pretty simple programs, and I´m not that familiar with VB yet.
