Here's what i want to do...

I need to write a software, which can play an audio file through the modem continuously on the phone during a dial-up connection to the internet.

It's just some mad idea that came to me which can improve the quality of Dial Up connections, i know DUN is obsolete and old but you know how sweet mad ideas are

So is there anyway i can do this?
