[RESOLVED] PHP Installation Error

Hi All

I have installed APACHE 2.2.9 ( New version available ) and PHP version 5.2.6 . When i am installing PHP and configuring with APACHE i got an error saying that
"Error Trying access httpd.conf file. You will need to Manually configure the web server"

Can someone help to solve the above problem.
