    Needed, help with transfering

    Hi All

    I'm fairly new here so Hi !!!

    I've been a developer for the best part of 13 years, was heavily involved with cutting edge stuff up till 2003/2004 and then things started to go downhill and managment took me out of the latest stuff loop and ended up doing large amounts of validatation

    New girl friend wook me up a little and I started a new job about 4 months ago, I was doing VB6 work and although new company new this, now doing .NET and ASP work, new place is very OO and everybody does things there own OO way, I'm struggling a little ... anybody got any resources that they used when transfering ? think it's just the quarks of .NET and VS2008 that are catching me up, just stick with it ? it will come ? always been 'seniour' programmer and top of my team so finding it a little hard
