hi there ...
i am doing a project for converting from mp3 or wave to ogg
but i used a 3d party of a dll to do the convertion but they told me i have to use my own algorithm to do the convertion
plz help me to create that code to only convert from mp3 or wave to ogg and only one way ... i need it very simple
by the way my project is vb.net
