    "Bad Sites" Database?

    Hi,
Is there some kind of database or service that keep record of "bad" sites that for instance have tracking cookies, trojans, offensive content, etc?

I'm creating this free "tool" (more about that later) to which users can submit their sites, but for time being it seems I will have to "verify" each submitted site manually (no, it's not another search engine submission thing..lol)

    Cheers

Off the top of my head... the ZoneAlarm firewall upon installation modifies your Windows HOSTS file with a list of bad sites that meet your description.

ZoneAlarm does this to prevent you from accessing these harmful sites by mapping their domain name to an invalid IP.

On my Vista machine my HOSTS file is located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
