HELP, my avitari too big!!

im wondering if someone can help with my new avitar, its 30KB unoptimized and i can get down it to 19.7KB but at this the quality is rubbish... can anyone help?

I assume you've tried taking out a few frames? possibly drop the colour depth to it (a big job, but it might work)

alternatively, why not flick between each letter:

"C"
"H"
"E"... etc.

Taking some frames out wud really make it nasty, i dropped the colour all the way to 31 colours and it still aint small enough, and the colour quality is bad at that level... im still playing thou
