What is the best choise for: save file as UTF-8 or ANSI or Unicode?

ANSI. PHP does not correctly interpret Unicode and saving files in Unicode will cause problems. PHP 6 supports Unicode, but it is not released yet.

Tnx. Alos, size of UTF-8 is 3 Bytes.
