    >= problem

    I have a macro and a function. I have a >= in both and they are working differently. When I step into the macro and I get to the >= point where it should break, it will show values when I mouse over 12>=12 but then it will skip to else. Any thoughts?

    Re: >= problem

    depending how the numbers are calculated there may be some really small decimal part, even though it does not show, try something like
    cint(12) >= cint(12)
    or use the round function if you have some decimal part
    i do my best to test code works before i post it, but sometimes am unable to do so for some reason, and usually say so if this is the case.
    Note code snippets posted are just that and do not include error handling that is required in real world applications, but avoid On Error Resume Next

    dim all variables as required as often i have done so elsewhere in my code but only posted the relevant part

    come back and mark your original post as resolved if your problem is fixed
