Internet time

Hey!! I need to know if there is an API that gets the time I have been connected to Internet (the same time that appears in the dialog box) Is it clear?? I hope so...

I have written a program that gets the time off the internet and changes the system time to the correct time (within 2 seconds w/ good internet connection)
