I have a list box full of file names that are stored in my exe. I need to be able to let the user click on a list item, and drag it to a spot on to the desktop, windows explorer, or a folder, and have it return to me where it was dropped so I can execute coding to create the file in the directory.

I know this can be done, and I've looked all over trying to find information on it, but must the drag on drop stuff I've found is for within the form.
If anyone has any idea on how to do this or where I can learn how to do this I'd be very grateful.
