Rotating Text: How do you print rotated text to printer?

I am fimilar with the means to rotate text at any degree and then display it on a form. But how do you print rotated text to the printer? And how do you do it not as pixels but in high resolution (the same resolution as when you use the print command)?
Example:
Printer.Print "How to rotate text."
