I've tried making posts in IE and Firefox, and have lots of problems doing it in both.
If I post using vanilla IE or Firefox using post quick reply, the page attempts to use a javascript driven method where it will say "Posting, please wait." About 60% of the time it will hang here and never post.
If I try to post using a vanilla browser by clicking on go advanced, I get nothing but connection reset by peer errors.
If I disable javascript I don't get any error, but I get a partially loaded webpage where only the background is visible and nothing gets posted.
If I connect using megaproxy which filters out all javascript my posts seem to go through smoothly since the forum seems to default back to a traditional http post method when I do this, but keeping the proxy up really is a PITA.
Does anyone have any suggestions? This only happens up here at work behind my company's firewall setup and not at home, but I only post while at work. I could break out fiddler and get a detailed report, but I don't want to invest that kind of time yet.
