Has anyone ever used this?

I'm having some real trouble getting it started.

I'm not laughing at you, I'm getting insane/hysterical remembering my experience with it.

It is difficult through and through. What shopping cart are you using? Zen Cart? OsCommerce? Something else? The first thing I learned was that they need you to have your site up and running before they give you the details required to use their gateway. That's what I was told anyways. Then the documentation is... well, let me put it this way - it seems like the HSBC gateway was written using open source languages.

Tell me about it!

Its a custom cart system but VPS so i have root access and i'm starting to make some ground. But the documentation is non existent to be honest.

Contact HSBC as much as possible to see what help they can give you. That's about as good as it's going to get to be honest.
