Wireless ethernet?

I don't suppose any one has tried installing a any wireless technology in Advanced Server. Or for that matter, tried to get a wireless pcmcia card to work in Server. Or even, been able to tell win2000 that the pcmcia card it is seeing is not a F***ING "GENERIC MEMORY CARD", but is infact a wireless pcmcia card.
