Crystal Report problem

I created a report with serveral sections on it. Whenever the 'Details Section' has more than 4 records (rows) in it, it will create about half page blank space then follow by the 'Report Footer'
It happens after I put around 40 lines in the 'Report Footer.' Before, I had only 10 lines in it and the report print out is find.
Just wonder if there is a limitation on each section. I tried to use different section format but still not working. Any help.

In detail section right click then click the format section. And check it for suppress blank section.
