Hello,
If I am right in what you are asking for, you should be able to do the following:
Right click on your project in the Solution Explorer, and then click on properties, then in the application tab, in the Icon section, browse to the Icon that you want to use.
Hope that helps!!

Are you looking for an icon for your shortcut in a 'setup and deployment' project?

Hi,
there are details on creating a setup project here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/zcebx8f8(VS.80).aspx) where it shows how to create a shortcut. I am pretty sure you can then apply an icon, although by default it will use the icon from your application. You set that by Project>Properties and then change the icon in the application tab, in VS2005
Does this help? I use PocketPC Installer, so don't use the VS deployment
